(Ebensburg, Pennsylvania)—Dan Decker—owner of Decker Diamond Jewelers—and his staff attended the 12th annual Hearts on Fire University (HOFU) in Las Vegas, NV in September 2008.  HOFU is the largest diamond/jewelry training in the world led by top educators in the industry.  "We close our store down every year to attend the three-day training," states Dan Decker.  "I'm a strong believer in education.  The better educated we are, the more we are able to assist the public in selecting their perfect diamond; its how we continue create moments that last a lifetime."
