(Ebensburg, Pennsylvania)—Dan and Fran Decker—owners of Decker Diamond Jewelers—and their staff attended Hearts on Fire University (HOFU) in Las Vegas, NV in September 2007.  HOFU is the largest diamond/jewelry training in the world led by top educators in the industry.
